Contract Terms: Payments are due upon receipt of invoice. Any amount due past thirty (30) days of invoice date may accruie late fees at 1.5%/month and shall include all costs, expenses, attorney fees, and any other costs of collection.

No returns without previous authorization and all returns will be applied as credit to your account only, no cash refunds. 25% restocking fee will be added to all returned products. Returned products must be full pallet quantities, wrapped from factory.

NOTICE: All lien rights reserved and notice of intent given in the event of non-payment pursuant to S.C. Code 29-5-10. 

A 3% fee will be added to all orders paid via Credit Card.

Not responsible for damage to vehicles or trailers based on weight of product.
